I think in systems but lead with ideas. At Perrigo, that means partnering with marketing, regulatory, and retail teams to make work that's not just on-brand but actually wins on shelf at Target, CVS, and Meijer. I've built processes, mentored designers, and launched an in-house photography program — because how a team works shapes what it makes.
 

Outside of work, I'm deep into cat rescue. My cats Dash and Birdie are fully convinced they're part of the creative team, and honestly I don't correct them. You'll also find me talking Mini Coopers with anyone who will listen or dragging friends to rallies.
